Reading: 

India - Compare and contrast activity (use the worksheet I provided).

The "Parts of a Story" worksheet is due Monday as well.   Reminder: The first draft of your 1000 words is due Wednesday.  We are peer editing that day so make sure you have this ready!

Thursday, March 14th

Reading:
Complete the "Letting in the Jungle" worksheet.

Also, please make sure you complete the assignments from earlier in the week.  They need to be turned in by Friday at the latest!

Writing: 
1000 words assignment - Step 1.  Complete the "Parts of a Story" worksheet.  I am going to check this in on Friday for HR 216 and on Monday for HR 214.  This is the image we are using for the story.  Look at the details!




Wednesday, March 13th

Writing:
Complete the homographs & homonyms and synonyms & antonyms worksheet.
Practice with Homonyms: Write a poem or a paragraph using all of the following homonyms (please underline or highlight them):

Tuesday, March 12th

Social Studies:
Study for your Chapter 10 test.  Your Wednesday test will be a combination of M/C, matching and short response.  Make sure your notes are up to speed!
