If you did not already turn in, complete the Creative Writing, Directed Notes, and Evaluative Writing worksheets relating to "Through the Tunnel".
Social Studies:
Blueprint for your Ancient Egypt project.
Create a one page plan for what you will create, how many people you think you will need to complete the project, and materials required for the project. Make sure you include a visual for what your project will look like. A simple drawing on your blueprint will suffice.
Remember, you will have up to FIVE class periods to complete the project. Take that into account when deciding your blueprint proposal.

Today we read a passage called "Mars Attack!" which is about the Orson Welles radio broadcast "The War of the Worlds" in 1938.
Homework: Imagine that you were one of the people who were fooled by the broadcast. Write a letter to Orson Welles or radio station that aired it, expressing you views on the show.
